Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

  • Made-to-Order Items: All our products are made to order. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled as the production process begins immediately.
  • If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes may not be possible if production has already started.

2. Customized or Made-to-Order Items

  • Orders for customized or made-to-order items cannot be canceled once the production process has begun. This includes items that are personalized or specifically crafted to your requirements.
  • If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes may not be possible if production has already started.

3. Order Cancellation by Venetian Design Pvt. Ltd.

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen circumstances, such as unavailability of stock, errors in product or pricing information, or issues identified by our fraud detection department.
  • If we cancel your order, you will be notified as soon as possible, and a full refund will be processed.

4.Non-Refundable Deposit

  • For orders requiring a deposit, please note that the deposit is non-refundable once the order has been confirmed and production has commenced. This deposit covers the initial costs of materials and labor associated with your made-to-order items.

5.Changes to Orders

  • Requests for changes to orders (e.g., alterations in design, size, or finish) after the order has been placed will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Such changes may incur additional charges and may extend the production and delivery time.

6. Refund Process

  • Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase.
